They say that a balanced diet is chocolate in both hands, and I believe it’s better with some Belgian Truffles!
As a chocolate fanatic, I believe the best chocolates can solve any problem in my life; a messy day, a hectic week or a not so awesome year. With 2016 almost coming to an end, I thought it was the best time to let you guys know about the perfect indulgence to bring in the new year.
Because nobody makes chocolates as indulgent as Radhika Gulati at Rosarté. A delightful venture is what Radhika chose after quitting her corporate job. From Marketing to a Chocolatier, she has been on a continuous journey of exploration.
Rosarté started off with making Belgian Truffles which are totally an experience to have. The single origin cocoa used for making the chocolates is imported from Belgium itself to keep the truffles as authentic as they can be. Sized perfectly, I almost forgot my count when I had them for the first time.
I personally love the Almond Truffle and the ‘Guste Classic French Truffles. They are these beautiful bombs of exquisite couture chocolate, totally luxurious and satisfying.
Also they were our first Giveaway at From My Plate! ❤
But of course, the chocolate paradise is big. And Rosarté makes some great options with nuts. Almonds, Hazelnut, or Cashews, the options are quite versatile. Indeed they have a Disney inspired Chip and Dale bar, which is a dreamy slab of nuts and chocolate. It’s impressive how they innovated the bar with chocolate two-way, dark and milk!
The other variants in their range includes dark and white chocolate Bon Bons filled with hazelnuts and vanilla ganache, and the Coffee truffles inspired by the historian Voltaire and his love for coffee. But, what I love are the cocoa dusted almonds. They are like my fancy nibbles with the perfect glass of wine!
Rosarté sparks up with their bright and pretty packaging, which makes them the perfect gifting choice. Packed in pink, the assortment of truffles, bars and nuts is a complete box of love and luxury!
